If you have a sore throat already, to make yourself and your throat feel better there are some options: Betadine sore throat lozenges contain 2 antibacterial agents to help provide fast, soothing relief from the discomfort of sore throats, and helps kill bacteria that may cause a sore throat.
Ingredients: Dichlorobenzyl alcohol and Amylmetacresol.
Directions: 1. Dissolve 1 lozenge slowly in the mouth. 2. Every 2 to 3 hours, as required. 3. Store below 30°C.
Warnings: Do not use in children under 6 years of age or if the foil seal is broken. There is no clinical evidence that an antibacterial agent in lozenges will make throat infections less severe, or help them get better more quickly.
