Instructions: 1. Prep lips for colour by exfoliating gently with a lip scrub or soft cloth. 2. For long-wear results, use lip liner pencil to outline and define lips. Lay down a base of colour for lipstick to adhere to by shading in lips. 3. Apply Colour Theory Lipstick over the top to finish the look.
